Burnout & and Self care Seminar – 1 hour workshop or 3-hour seminar
Ministry leaders often dive deep into the needs of others, at the expense of limiting the care they need for themselves. Neglecting to care for ourselves, as God intended, causes us to think of ourselves as being self-sufficient, seeking to fulfill our needs in our own abilities. Caring for ourselves isn’t just a behaviour or a strategy we should incorporate into our routine, it’s a heart issue that causes us to deny our attempt at
thinking we can do things on our own and acknowledging our need for God’s strength.
