As the Director of Ministry Operations & Strategy Paul will support the mission of Agora Network Ministries by architecting and overseeing its strategic direction and program execution. This role ensures that our mission—equipping the Church for mental health—is supported by scalable operations, biblically sound and clinically informed resources, and a high-capacity team.

Paul is a proficient clinician with 25 years in the mental health sector and 10 years of leadership experience in supervisory and management roles with proven ability to build, optimize, motivate and revitalize clinical teams. Demonstrated ability to engage industry stakeholders in system design and innovation. Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, trustworthiness and proven people management competencies.
